When you create a Cobler Academy account (via Google sign-in or an emailed sign-in link — we never store passwords), we store your email address and any profile details you choose to add: name, certificate name, company, phone number and job title. If you use the academy, we also store your course progress and your event registrations, including their payment status.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Deletion removes your profile, sign-in identity, sessions and course progress immediately. Event registration and invoice records are retained for tax and accounting purposes but are unlinked from your deleted account.

Newsletter subscription is a separate consent: signing in never subscribes you, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email or the toggle on your account page — independently of whether you keep your account.
